OverActive Inc. is a company created and established in Puerto Rico in 2008, with a commercial office in San Juan to serve the Caribbean and West Indies Region, a commercial office in Texas US, and a production unit located in Montevideo, Uruguay.

In Puerto Rico, Overactive is composed by a Sales Force and a Technical Resources Team in charge of supporting customers and solving problems, assuring agility and excellent response times.

The Production unit (located in Montevideo, Uruguay) is composed by a Team of Professionals with large experience in High Impact Projects related with Information Technologies and Business Consulting Services.

All the team is certified with the correspondent ITIL, Cobit, Java, Microsoft Application Development and Database Certifications.
